I spent the week in San Francisco with Bill this week, so I decided to take along some fabric to keep me busy. I decided to work on a new jacket to wear when I travel back east. I decided to use a pattern from Saf-T-Pockets called Rochelle’s Reversible. I have only followed a couple of patterns, but this one was pretty easy to follow. I cut out all my fabric at home before heading up to the hotel. The coat is Fleece on the inside and hand dyed cotton on the outside. I added a few appliquéd circles to both sides in hand dyed cottons. I was able to get the jacket completed in the hotel and do some site seeing. I consider that a successful week.
