Last week I took a class with Nancy Brenan Daniel. I signed up at the last minute and didn’t really know what to expect, but I had a great time. We started with strip sets and cut them at an angle. This resulted in two different squares, a light and a dark.

Part of this class was about design and I have been playing around with possible design considerations for this simple block. Now just to decide which one to choose.
